During our sessions we work on specific areas you would like to address, through assessing information and questions we will work together to help you find the best next steps, reviewing the options of how and when you would like to introduce these.

NLP stands for ‘Neuro Linguistic Programming’and has been around since 1970’s when its co-founders, Richard Bandler and John Grinder first modelled the therapists Milton Erickson, Gregory Bateson, Fritz Perls and Virginia Satir.

These models, techniques and strategies have evolved from modelling excellence, in order to help us better understand how our thought processes and behaviour, including how the language we use, influences the way we think and the results we get. Modelling excellence in any field enables us to bring about a positive change in ourselves and others.

Clarity Program offers 4 sessions over a one month.

Transformation Program offers 10 sessions over three months, plus additional training modules.

Elevate Program offers 22 sessions over six months, plus additional training modules.

If you need to reschedule your session that is no problem at all. Please ensure to give as much notice as possible. Sessions must be rescheduled 48 hours prior, or they will be charged at the normal rate.
